I went to Yetholm Primary from 1984 until 1991 and have such fond memories. The school was modernised in "my day" and we made up a song about it which we sang at the opening ceremony. We had to go to Morebattle whilst the work was carried out which we all hated!

What a super school show! I loved the costumes, make-up and special effects. Your singing was fantastic. Now I really feel like it is Christmas time. Thank you for the copy of the magazine. The Media Club is getting better and better. It was wonderful to see everyone again and I am glad you are all working hard and being happy. Have a very special Christmas,

well, well, how times change...I was the class of 1953, back in the stone-age. The classrooms didn't look so friendly back then.

G'day to everyone at Yetholm Primary from Flying Fish Point! Just letting you know that I've had a lovely holiday with my family and that today I'm washing curtains and cleaning up my wee hoose. It's been raining most of the time I've been home, so it feels as if I'm still living in Scotland:) The days here are starting to get longer and I guess yours are beginning to get shorter...but, who cares? It's getting closer to Christmas! The email addresses you gave me are still bobbing up and down on an ocean somewhere in a shipping container and due to arrive in Brisbane next week, so I just wanted to let you know that I miss you all and promise to contact you when I unpack. Meanwhile....lots of love

Stumbled across this web site was really pleased to read all the comments and how the young people participated in the creation of the website. What a very focussed school on ensuring young people had a say in the design .A child centreded and focussed approach.

Well done Elaine and P6 pupils for this greaaaat website. It's bright and cheery and very informative, especially if required as backup for those lost items/letters in bottoms of school bags! We will continue to keep up with the school info now that the third generation is moving onto Kelso High!! Keep up the good work.

If you think this website is great, you should visit the school itself!! I'm a Queenslander who has taught P4-7 here for the last 18months and now's my chance to tell the world what a wonderful school this is before I head home. It is an All Women Staff with the most most beautiful Headteacher who leaves no stone unturned in catering for the needs of the children here. As you can gather from the Newsletters, there is never a dull moment in any day.
